Invoice Harvester is operated by WhiteKnight Software Design - FZCO, registered in the IFZA free zone, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (licence 87386). We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy ("we", "us", "our").
What the Chrome extension handles
Invoice Harvester is a Chrome extension that runs in your browser. To provide the invoice download workflow, it may handle:
- Amazon order pages. Page URLs, page titles, visible order rows, order references, order dates, pagination links, order-detail links, and invoice links from supported Amazon marketplaces.
- Invoice documents. The PDF or document URLs needed to download invoices from Amazon, and the local filenames Chrome uses when saving them.
- Run settings. Your selected Amazon regions, start date, folder layout, filename format, digital-order preference, background-tab preference, and Chrome download UI preference.
- Run status. Local run progress such as pages scanned, orders processed, downloads completed, pause messages, and recent activity log entries.
- Legal acknowledgement. Whether you have accepted the Amazon account-risk acknowledgement before starting downloads.
What we do not collect
- We do not collect, ask for, transmit, or store your Amazon password.
- We do not export your Amazon cookies or session tokens to our servers.
- We do not run a hosted database for your downloaded invoice files.
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not use your data for advertising or creditworthiness decisions.
Local storage and downloads
The extension stores settings, run status, and the legal acknowledgement in your browser using chrome.storage.local. Invoice PDFs are saved locally through Chrome's download system, usually under your Downloads/Invoice Harvester folder. These locally saved files are under your control.
The extension may create a redacted local page analysis report when diagnosing Amazon page shapes. The report is intended to remove full order references before it is stored locally. Do not send us any diagnostic report, screenshot, invoice, or Amazon page content unless you are comfortable sharing it for support.
How we use information
We use the information handled by Invoice Harvester to:
- open supported Amazon order pages in Chrome;
- identify order rows, order detail pages, invoice menus, and invoice links;
- download invoice PDFs into your local folder;
- remember your settings and acknowledgement in the browser;
- pause the run when Amazon shows login, CAPTCHA, or account verification prompts;
- diagnose bugs if you choose to contact us and share details.
Lawful basis
Where UK GDPR applies, our lawful basis for processing data needed to provide Invoice Harvester is contract: the processing is necessary to deliver the extension workflow you choose to use. For support messages and diagnostic information you choose to send us, we rely on legitimate interests in responding to support requests, fixing defects, and improving reliability.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We do not share Amazon order page content, invoice links, invoice files, or local run settings with third parties as part of the normal extension workflow. If you contact us for support, the information you choose to send may pass through the communication tools used to receive and respond to that request.
International transfers
Our company is based in the United Arab Emirates. If you contact us or send diagnostic information, your message may be processed in the UAE, the United Kingdom, the United States, or other countries where our communication providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognised under applicable data-protection law.
Retention
Settings, run status, and legal acknowledgement data remain in your browser until you clear the extension's storage, remove the extension, or the extension overwrites them. Downloaded invoice PDFs remain wherever you save them until you delete them. Support messages you send us are kept only for as long as needed to respond, maintain records of the issue, and improve the product.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, or object to processing of your personal data. Because the normal extension workflow is local to your browser, much of the data is controlled directly by you through Chrome, your downloads folder, and the extension's local storage. If you have contacted us and want to exercise privacy rights over data you sent to us, contact us through fbamogul.com.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we handle personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint. We would appreciate the chance to address your concern first.
Children
Invoice Harvester is a business admin tool for Amazon sellers. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Invoice Harvester, Chrome Web Store requirements, privacy law, or platform requirements evolve. When we update it, we will change the date at the top of this page.
Terms and contact
This policy should be read with our Terms of Service. Privacy questions can be sent through fbamogul.com.
