Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Invoice Harvester, a Chrome extension and website operated by WhiteKnight Software Design - FZCO, registered in the IFZA free zone, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (licence 87386) ("we", "us", "our"). By installing, accessing, or using Invoice Harvester, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use Invoice Harvester.

What Invoice Harvester does

Invoice Harvester helps Amazon sellers download invoice PDFs from Amazon order pages into a local folder on their own computer. It uses the Amazon session already open in Chrome, scans supported Amazon order pages, identifies invoice links, and asks Chrome to save the detected invoice files locally.

Invoice Harvester is a narrow admin utility. It is not accounting, tax, legal, financial, or Amazon compliance advice. You remain responsible for checking that downloaded invoices, records, tax treatment, reimbursements, and Amazon account activity are accurate and appropriate for your business.

Amazon account risk

Invoice Harvester uses browser automation on Amazon pages. Amazon may restrict, suspend, or terminate your Amazon account or related Amazon services if Amazon decides that your use of Invoice Harvester, browser automation, invoice downloading, or related activity breaches Amazon's rules, triggers Amazon's security systems, or is otherwise unacceptable to Amazon.

You choose whether to use Invoice Harvester and you use it at your own risk. We do not control Amazon, Amazon's systems, Amazon's terms, or Amazon's decisions. We are not responsible for Amazon account action, loss of Amazon account access, lost profits, lost revenue, stock losses, reimbursement losses, tax or bookkeeping errors, missed evidence deadlines, or other financial losses arising from your use of Invoice Harvester, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Your responsibilities

You agree that you will:

• use Invoice Harvester only with Amazon accounts and browser profiles you are authorised to access;
• decide for yourself whether your use complies with Amazon's terms, policies, and instructions;
• stop using Invoice Harvester if Amazon warns you, challenges the session, restricts access, or asks you not to automate activity;
• verify any invoices or records before relying on them for tax, bookkeeping, Amazon, supplier, reimbursement, authenticity, or ungating purposes;
• not use Invoice Harvester to bypass login checks, CAPTCHA, multi-factor authentication, account verification, technical restrictions, or security controls;
• not copy, reverse engineer, resell, overload, or misuse the extension or website.

No Amazon affiliation

Invoice Harvester is an FBA Mogul product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Amazon. Amazon and related names are used only to describe the third-party website that the extension works with.

Availability and changes

Amazon page layouts, account checks, permissions, and policies may change at any time. Invoice Harvester may stop working, miss invoice links, pause runs, or be withdrawn. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of Invoice Harvester at any time, including while the Chrome Web Store listing is being prepared.

Intellectual property

We own Invoice Harvester's software, design, branding, documentation, and website content. We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Invoice Harvester for your own legitimate business admin purposes while you comply with these terms.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what the extension handles, what is stored locally, and how to contact us about privacy rights.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Invoice Harvester is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, accepted by Amazon, accepted by tax authorities, or suitable for your particular business.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, data, stock, account access, opportunity, or expected savings. Because Invoice Harvester is currently free to use, our total aggregate liability for claims arising from or related to Invoice Harvester is limited to GBP 50.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of Invoice Harvester, your unauthorised access to an Amazon account or browser profile, or your breach of Amazon's terms or policies.

Termination

You can stop using Invoice Harvester at any time. We may suspend or withdraw access to the extension or website if we believe these terms have been breached or if continuing to provide the product would create legal, security, operational, or platform risk. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including account risk, limitation of liability, indemnity, intellectual property, privacy, and governing law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product, Chrome Web Store listing, legal requirements, or platform requirements evolve. When we update them, we will change the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Invoice Harvester after changes are published means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts there.

General

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and us about Invoice Harvester. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will continue to apply. Our failure to enforce a right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
